NOTICE OF RESIGNATION 01/02/11 Good Day All, I am writing formally to you all to advise of my resignation from GB Hockey Inline Ltd, GBHI Association and all matters in connection with GBHI at all levels with effect from 30th April 2011. I have come to this decision, reluctantly, as my rheumatoid arthritis condition has worsened rapidly to the extent that I am housebound and have to use a Zimmer frame to move around. I am prepared to continue, up to the above date, to carry out all of the things that have been outlined to you previously about the future shape and running of GBHI in all its aspects. In the event that you agree collectively to replace me before the expiration of that period you will need to follow the Company’s articles of association and advise me. I undertake not to oppose such a move in the best interests of all. I undertake to notify all persons, who are not members, of the contents of this letter so that there will be no doubt in their minds that I shall not be authorised to instruct them to carry out work for GBHI.
