GBHI EXECUTIVE CHAIR’S MESSAGE TO MEMBERS

Dear Members, The Annual/Extraordinary Meeting held at the end of August passed the resolutions to enable the transfer the Association into a Limited Liability By Guarantee Company.
Despite publication on the websites, very little comment was received from Members and regrettably no votes on the website voting papers were received.
It was decided at the last Executive meeting to give Members one more opportunity to express any concern, doubt or support by e-mailing GBHI Chair either via the contact page on the website or direct to chair@gbinline.org.uk
The process of forming the new company has started and your comments etc should be made within the next two weeks, i.e. not later than 16th December please.
Your help in the affairs of the new company would be very much appreciated to the benefit of all.
